After 25 years as a Human Resources leader, she left the corporate world to create a coaching business where she could use her ADHD as a superpower. She is passionate about helping women thrive in their lives and with their health. She lives in upstate NY with her husband, French bulldog, senior pugs, and chihuahua mix ;-)
